Your recorded output

You may download, edit, publish, monetize, advertise with and deliver to clients videos made with OrbWar. OrbWar grants a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission for the original OrbWar graphics and game elements incorporated in those recorded videos. You may keep using videos already created after your subscription ends.

Free and paid output

Free recordings retain the OrbWar watermark. An active paid plan enables clean output, monster mode, your own product ads and the creator guide. New recordings use the features available to your account when they start.

What this permission covers

It covers finished recorded videos, not resale of the game, extraction or resale of asset packs, account sharing or falsely claiming official endorsement. Third-party assets retain their own licenses. CC0 assets included by OrbWar remain subject to their source license.

Your uploads and third-party identities

You retain rights to your uploaded advertising images. You must have permission to use any logos, team names, brands, music, products or other outside material you add. OrbWar cannot grant trademark, publicity or copyright rights owned by others. OrbWar is an independent fictional game and is not affiliated with depicted clubs or countries.

Platform rules and results

Commercial permission does not guarantee platform monetization, views, sales or earnings. Follow each platform's originality, advertising disclosure and content rules. Use a relevant story and measure results.
